We would love for every church to open a simple, safe, sustainable Renew space. This can take place in any space available to you for as little as two hours a week with just a few hosts.
A Renew Wellbeing space is aimed at the most anxious and isolated people in our churches and communities, but it also works really well for anyone and everyone. All are welcome. These Renew spaces can work for all ages. We encourage you to start with a simple Renew Wellbeing space for adults. You may then want to try:
Renew Wellbeing for Families and Renew Wellbeing for Youth

We believe that the reason Renew Wellbeing is becoming popular is its simplicity and the absolute priority of prayer. It is the heart of Renew Wellbeing and is the part of our DNA that makes us stand out from other similar ideas and gives our spaces their shape and identity. Renew Wellbeing prayer is always simple and accessible. As well as the daily rhythms in our Renew spaces and churches we also pray as a team and there are opportunities to join us online. See our Prayer and Meditation section for details.
We invite you to take some time to join us where you are to pray for each centre and all that God is doing to reduce isolation and improve mental and emotional wellbeing in our nation. As we pray, and ONLY as we pray, the darkness is pushed back and HOPE grows in our communities.
We are so thankful to churches that have partnered with Renew Wellbeing and opened a Renew space in their church or community. We invite churches to pray for the Renew Wellbeing movement in June.
Many of us are concerned about wellbeing. Today 1 in 4 people have a diagnosed mental health condition in our nation and we know that there are many more who, although not diagnosed, are struggling with issues around mental and emotional wellbeing. Our local council and NHS services are at full stretch and facing further cuts. At Renew Wellbeing, we believe we have found a way for local churches to partner simply with their mental health teams to provide spaces of quiet inclusion and wellbeing. These spaces are good for the church and the community. We would love to help churches get involved by setting up their own wellbeing cafe and encourage partners in local councils and businesses to help see wellbeing improve in their area through involvement in these spaces.
By partnering with Renew Wellbeing churches are able to access our resources, ongoing support and regional networking with other local Renew spaces. It also helps churches not to be isolated in the work they are doing in their community and to benefit from knowledge and experience of others within the Renew family. To work in partnership helps us to build a national network of safe spaces so that other organisations such as local mental health teams can confidently signpost people to a Renew space in the knowledge that it will be a safe place where 'It's OK to not be OK'.
Thank you to all who are able to support us financially. We are grateful for some short term funding pots but much of our sustainable giving comes from individuals and churches like you. Please consider prayfully whether you can become a financial supporter of Renew Wellbeing to help us to continue and expand on the work we do.

Thank you - we are grateful for your support.
With rising energy costs, the increase in food prices and other general living costs many more families and those living alone are already struggling to warm their home. The founders of this campaign wanted to bring together and highlight organisations on a National map that are able to offer safe, warm, free and welcoming places.
At Renew Wellbeing our Renew spaces are already offering free, safe and welcoming spaces where guests can attend to their own wellbeing whilst having the company of others, grab a cuppa and join the optional prayer and meditation times. We are encouraging all our Renew spaces across the UK to register with the Warm Welcome campaign if they can ensure their Renew sessions will be in a warm environment. All organisations that register will be added to a national Warm Spaces website map. Learn more about the Warm Welcome campaign.
